How CROS Journey Begins

Crossurvive started as a Sole Proprietor company by Mr. Kevin Kong in year 2011, providing training and consultation services to SMI/SME, Schools, multinational companies as well as public listed companies. It has since then grown to become a substantial and performance improvement company that helps many people master the capabilities demanded in today’s challenging business environment. It has also empowered people to move far beyond their comfort zone to reach for their highest potential.

In 2018, Crossurvive Sdn Bhd was founded on the premise that every individual and organization can achieve extraordinary results with continuous learning, growth and development. Crossurvive Sdn Bhd has four pillars of services which are Corporate Training, Youth Training, Parenting Development, and Events Management.

“CROSSURVIVE” is a combination of 2 individual words which denote “Cross” and “Survive”. When both phrases are merged together, they yield a greater meaning of “surpass beyond your own self to invite a rebirth process”.
